A Private-Public Partnership with Independent, Charter & Public Schools
Peninsula Bridge is grateful to our public, charter and independent partner schools for their invaluable support of our programs and students.
We partner with select independent, charter and public schools on the Peninsula to provide expertise, classroom space, financial support and academic enrichment opportunities. Our consortia includes Castilleja School, Crystal, East Palo Alto Academy, Episcopal Day School of St. Matthew, Menlo School, Nueva School, Sacred Heart Schools Atherton, and Woodside Priory School.
Their heads of school serve on the Peninsula Bridge Board, offering college preparatory expertise; staff members help to develop and teach our academic and enrichment curriculum; parent and student communities volunteer as mentors and teaching assistants; and the schools accept and award financial aid to select Peninsula Bridge students for middle and high school.
These committed schools, along with our partner schools Synapse School, Eastside College Preparatory School, and Crittenden Middle School, share their campuses and provide the facilities for our summer and after-school programs.
Our partner schools and their communities care deeply about bridging the gaps that exist in educational opportunities for many underrepresented, first-generation students on the Peninsula, and provide integral support to our students and program.
